1. Update Client Information


Please use the Update Amendemt Form to update the Individual or Joint Account and Corpoate Account.

 

Please return the signed Form to our Settlement Department of Ever-Long.

2. Proof of Address


The valid Proof of Address is document, bill or correspondence include the name and address of the applicant, the name of issuing organization and the issue date issued within the last three months.


1. Bills or invoices issued by utility companies (Water, Electricity, Towngas)
2. Statements issued by banks or Licensed Corporation
3. Documents issued by government departments or the Judiciary
