Provide the services in dealing in securities, advising on securities & corporate finance. Act as sponsor for listing applicant in an initial public offering and advising on the codes on takeovers and mergers.

Ever-Long Capital Management Limited (BEC578)

Provide the services in asset management.

Ever-Long Research Limited (AFT530)

Provide the services in Advising on securities.

Also, the Ever-Long Capital Limited and Ever-Long Investment Strategy Limited are the backbone companies of the Group and provide the excellent development plans.
