The Hong Kong Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (CIES) was implemented by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government from 27th October, 2003, to 15th January, 2015. In 2023, the Hong Kong government decides to relaunch and officially accepts application from 1st March, 2024.
