Fund deposit in the counter of our Office. Client is reminded that our company does not receive third party cheque and will only accept small amount of cash deposit (not more than HK$1,000.00).
Money transfer to our Settlement Banks via e-banking, phone banking or ATM .

Methods of Fund Withdrawal
By calling your account executive or inform us by completing the Request for Fund Withdrawal Slip and fax to (852) 2581-0638 or by email to settlement@everlong.com.hk. After received your instruction, we will deposit the fund to your instructed bank account.
(If you want to deposit the withdrawn fund to another bank account, please state the relevant details on the Request for Fund Withdrawal Slip)

Physical Scrip Deposit/ Withdrawal, Stock Transfer to Other Custodian
Physical Scrip Deposit
Please send the physical scrip to our settlement department for deposit to our CCASS custodian account.
Client should ensure that the signature on the physical scrip is correct. Otherwise, client is required to bear all the losses arise.
Generally, 14 working days is required for physical scrip deposit to CCASS. If client request for Express Stock Deposit, please contact your account executive or our Settlement department for details.
Physical Scrip Withdrawal
Please complete the Delivery Order and return the signed original to our office.
Time request for Physical Scrip Withdrawal is around 1 week. Client is required to collect the Physical Script personally.
Stock Transfer to Other Custodian
Please complete the SI/ISI Request Form and return the signed original to our office.
Please inform the counter-party of correspondence instruction.
